  • 1 pkt (4 ounce.) Gourmet Mushroom Blend, (or possibly the equivalent of your own mix)
  • 1 pkt Spinach fettucine
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 x Cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c. Pine nuts
  • 3 ounce Sun-dry tomatoes, softened and chopped

Directions

  1. Cook fettucine. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, heat oil and saute/fry remaining ingredients for 2 to 3 min. Toss with cooked fettucine.
