Ingredients
- Combine mayonnaise, chives and mustard. Mix well and Sprinkle with a little cayenne pepper, if you like. Spread one side of each bread slice with mayonnaise Mix Divide cheddar cheese among 4 bread slices. (Shaved ham could also be added here.) Top cheese with Remaining bread, mayonnaise side down. Heat butter in Heavy large skillet or possibly griddle. Grill sandwiches on each Side till golden brown and cheese melts. Yield: 4 sandwiches
