gourmet DATE butter paste

Citrus, Rum and Vanilla round out the sweetness of plump date fruits. This smooth, buttery Date paste blends well into cookies as well as square bars etc.
Note: This date paste recipe makes a large quantity. It uses a combination of pitted Medjool dates along with pressed dates.
