  1. Combine cake mix, butter and egg for shell; press in greased 9"x13" pan. Combine and beat well the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 Large eggs. Pour over cake shell and bake 30 to 40 min at 350 degrees. Cold and cut into bars.
