Ingredients
- 8 Butterfly pork chops, salted & peppered
- 1 can Coke
- 1 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Mix 1/2 can Coke with catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Dip pork chops in mix and put in greased casserole dish. Pour remaining Coke over chops. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs. Great served over rice or possibly noodles.
