Ingredients
- 5 well beaten Large eggs
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate melted with 1 c. + 2 tbsp. shortening (vegetable)
- 1 1/3 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. minced nuts (walnuts or possibly pecans), optional
Directions
- Add order given. Beat well. Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 min.
