Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
- 1 c. Dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Finely minced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 3 lb Frying chicken, cut up or possibly quartered
Directions
- Heat oven to 400F. In a 13x9-inch pan, heat margarine with garlic. In medium bowl or possibly shallow pan combine bread crumbs, cheese, almonds, parsley, salt, thyme and pepper; mix well.
- Dip chicken pcs in garlic butter; coat with crumb mix. Place, skin side up, in pan containing garlic butter.
- Bake uncovered at 400F for about one hour or possibly till tender, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
