  • 1 can Campbell's New Golden brown Corn Soup, (10 3/4 ounce.)
  • 1/4 c. finely minced celery
  • 1/4 c. finely minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned or possibly Cubed Herb Seasoned Stuffing
  • 4 x Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp spicy brown mustard Combine soup, celery, onion and stuffing.

Directions

  1. In 9" greased pie plate, spoon stuffing mix. Arrange chicken over stuffing mix; press lightly into stuffing.
  2. Combine sugar, margarine and mustard; spread proportionately over chicken.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink.
  4. Garnish with fresh sage if you like.
