Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • olive oil
  • 8 ounces soft fresh herbed goat cheese
  • 1 1/2 pounds assorted grapes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Holding knife at slight diagonal, cut sixteen 1/2 inch-slices from baguette. Brush oil on top and sprinkle with pepper; arrange on rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake until beginning to brown, about 10 minutes. Cool on sheet at least 15 minutes.
  4. Spread each crostini with goat cheese.
  5. Cut about 50 small grapes in half; scatter on crostini.
