Gluten Free Irish Soda Bread Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups almond meal/flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup organic coconut sugar
1 1/2 cup raisins
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggsINSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350
Grease one 9 inch round skillet or cake pan
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt,raisins, and caraway seeds in a large bowl
In separate a separate bowl,beat the eggs lightly, add the buttermilk and yogurt
Combine with the flour mixture using a spoon
When all is mixed,turn dough into a round pan
