Gluten free Cinnamon Raison Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • .5 tsp arrow root
  • 1 cup multipurpose gluten free flour
  • 2.5 tsp of baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • about 100 grams of apple sauce (I used one of the single serving cups)
  • 1 cup vanilla soygurt
  • 4-5 mini boxes or raisons :D or about 3/4 a cup
  • 1/2-3/4 cups water

Directions

  1. Start by combining all your dry goods.
  2. Stir each ingredient as you add it.
  3. next add your apple sauce
  4. then your soygurt
  5. and finally your water a little at a time untill you have a thick pleasant batter.
  6. Bake at 350 for about 40 min
  7. Let it set in the pan about 10 min then flip out onto a plate, slice and serve warm with margerine
