Gluten Free Chocolate peanut butter Mini Muffins

Mini super Easy chocolate Peanut butter muffins. Moist and yummy. They taste even better the second day when the flavors have time to spend.
Hardly any sugar is added even!

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Ripe Banana
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 1 TBSP Benefiber-Optional
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla
  • 1 TSP Dried Orange Zest- Optional
  • 1/4 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup- mini Chocolate Chips- Optional- Can Add anything. I added dried cranberries and mango to mine

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400.
  2. In Bowl Mash up banana til Smooth.Add Remaining ingredients except half the chocolate chips. Stir til smooth. Spoon into muffin tin til 3/4 Full. Sprinkle with remaining chips.
  3. Bake for 10 Minutes.
