My mother makes this almost exact recips its called "brunch caserole." Her's does not use worchestshire sauce and uses yellow mustard not dry and only 6 slices of bread. Being vegetarian I just sub sausage with Morning Star vegetarian sausage crumbles, just is not gluten free then. Either way this is a great dish that is very easy and quick to make and is perfect for overnight visitors. Thanks for posting this, its the first time I have seen recipe other than in my moms kitchen. :-)
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
    This is a variation

Canadian Worcestershire sauce is not gluten Free,
So it's a good recipe for people who can get worcestershire sauce that is gf but not so much for people who live in Canada
