Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degress. Place turkey breast in 9x9-inch baking pan. Pour orange juice over turkey; sprinkle with sage, thyme, pepper, salt and orange peel.
  2. Roast at 350 degrees basting occasionally for one hour and 20 min.
  3. Combine raspberries and sugar. Place around turkey. Continue roasting for 10-15 min. Let turkey stand 10 min before slicing. Serve raspberries over turkey slices.
