Glazed Pork Ribs With Chilli Plum Sauce Recipe

Directions
- Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl, add in ribs and mix well to coat. Allow to marinate 30 min.
- + Chilli Plum Sauce:Heat oil in a sauce pan, add in garlic and ginger and cook gently 1 minute.
- Add in plum sauce and stir till combined.
- Dissolve cornflour in water and add in to pan with remaining ingredients.
- Stir till sauce boils and set aside.
- Coat each rib with plum sauce and place on a tray under a warm grill for 5 min. Turn and cook a furthur 5 min. Brush with plum sauce regularly to glaze.
- Arrange on plate and serve with remaining sauce.
