Ingredients
- 1 (29 ounce.) jar fruits for salad
- 2/3 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
- 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. herb stuffing
- 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 (12 ounce.) jar orange marmalade
Directions
- Drain fruit; set aside. Reserve 2/3 c. liquid. Stir reserved liquid into real mayonnaise. Stir constantly over medium heat till mix boils; add in stuffing. Spread in 9x13x2 inch pan. Add in chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brush with additional real mayonnaise. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Heat marmalade. Arrange fruit around chicken. Brush on marmalade. Bake 15 min. Garnish with parsley. Serves 4.
