Ingredients

  • Bananas Lemon juice Sugar Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Slice bananas 1/8 inch thick into lemon juice. Drain with paper towel.
  2. Remove from juice and arrange on tray. Sprinkle with a mix of sugar and cinnamon. Dry to shiny crispness. (about 1 1/2 to 2 days) Remember to rotate trays every 18 hrs or possibly so.
