This is an Amish appetizer thats a big hit.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Place bacon in a large baking pan and bake for 10mins or til crisp.
  3. Drain, mix brown sugar, mustard and wine together and pour over bacon.
  4. Bake til it bubbles, make sure glaze is on both sides of bacon.
  5. approx. 10 mins.
  6. Remove from pan placeon foil, cut in half if you like.
  7. Do not refridgerate or cover, keep at room temp til serving.
  8. It should be dry to touch, if it's sticky or limp rebake 2-3 mins
