Ingredients
- 3 med. acorn squash
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 6 tbsp. orange juice
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut squash into quarters; remove and throw away seeds. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Pour over squash; bake covered for 30 min basting with pan juices. Bake uncovered for 10 min or possibly till tender, basting frequently.
