Ingredients

  • 200 gm chicken meat
  • 6 gm ginseng slices
  • 8 gm cordyceps
  • 10 gm dry red dates
  • 1 x , 500ml prepared Chef master stock
  • 6 gm salt

Directions

  1. MethodBRING the master stock to the boil and add in chicken meat to cook till done. Dish out and cold before shredding the meat into thin strips. Set aside.
  2. Throw away scum and add in ginseng, cordyceps, dry red dates and salt to simmer for about 30 min. Add in cooked shredded chicken before serving
