Ginger, molasses and cinnamon, make this moist and spicy Gingerbread with Lemon Icing one that traditions are made from. Gingerbread with Lemon Icing   Print Prep time Cook time Total time   Author: Marlene Baird Serves: 12 Ingredients 1 box of Hodgson Mill Gingerbread Mix 1 egg 2 Tablespoons butter, melted 2 Tablespoons Greek plain yogurt (I used Chobani) 1½ cups 2% milk. FOR THE ICING ½ cup confectioner’s sugar 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice (about ½ a lemon) Directions Follow the instruction on the back of the box While the bread is cooling mix the sugar and the lemon juice into an icing consistency.
