Miss K is all about music right now and for that matter so is RyRy. They love to have dance parties. Usually Miss K initiates it the dance party. She’ll wander into the kitchen and ask for some music and promptly say LET’S DANCE! I’m all for that. Everyone needs a bit of a dance break in life don’t we? Pretty soon I hear the patter of RyRy crawling into the kitchen. There isn’t anyway she’s going to miss out on dancing with us! She can shake her booty with the best of us. There’s a lot of spinning, booty shaking and giggling when we have our dance parties and it makes my heart full.
As you can obviously imagine between dance parties and life there’s really not a whole lot of time to make said Christmas Treats. Therefore I’m all about inventing fun, cute treats that are quick and easy. This is where we enter in these adorable Gingerbread PEEPS® Mint Chocolate Pudding Pies. Gingerbread PEEPS Mint Chocolate Pudding Pies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz) package ready mini graham cracker crusts
- 1 (3.4 oz) package chocolate fudge pudding & pie filling + ingredients to prepare
- 4 large candy canes, divided
- 1 (6 ct) package PEEPS Marshmallow Gingerbread Men
6 mini candy canes
Instructions
Prepare chocolate fudge pudding mix according to package directions. Cool. Crush three candy canes and stir into cooled pudding.
Divide chocolate pudding between 6 mini graham cracker crusts. Place one PEEPS gingerbread man upright in each mini pie. Then place a mini candy cane next to gingerbread man.
Crush remaining candy cane, divide and sprinkle over the six chocolate pudding pies.
