Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. packed brown sugar 2 lg. large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 c. plus 4 T flour

1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoon cream of tartar 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c. coarsely minced nuts

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl till light and fluffy. Add in the large eggs and vanilla. Mix well.Mix the flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar in another bowl. Add in the dry ingredients to the batter and mix till well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Spread dough into a 15 1/2 inch pizza pan. Bake for 20 min. When cool, may be decorated.
