Ingredients: 1 Tbsp. Active dry yeast; 1 Tbsp. Caraway seed; 2 1/4 c. Bread flour; 1 1/2 tsp Salt; 2 1/2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa; 1 1/2 c. Rye flour; 1 1/4 c. Hot water; 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter; 2 1/2 Tbsp. Molasses

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Active dry yeast
1 Tbsp. Caraway seed
2 1/4 c. Bread flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 1/2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 c. Rye flour
1 1/4 c. Hot water
1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. Molasses

Directions

Place ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by the manufacturer of your machine. Use regular bread cycle.
(I grind the caraway seeds before usingbecause I like the flavor but not the nasty little seeds.)
(For Panasonic/National machines use 3 1/2 tsp. of yeast).
NOTES : This is one of my all time favorite bread machine recipes! The recipe as given is for one 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
