Ingredients
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 x egg yolks
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecans, minced
Directions
- Combine lowfat milk, sugar, yolks, butter and vanilla in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till it thickens, about 12 min.
- Remove from heat and add in coconut and pecans. Beat till cold and of spreading consistency.
- 2 1/2 c. frosting.
