1 sm. glass jar pimiento cheese
1 sm. glass jar Old English cheese
1/2 bottle blue cheese dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Minced nuts

Directions

Put together all the above ingredients (except minced nuts) with electric mixer. Make 3 small or possibly 1 large cheese ball. Roll in minced nuts. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
