Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Margarine
  • 2 x Apples (medium sized), thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place 2 round cake pans in oven with 2 Tbsp. margarine in each pan; rotate pans till margarine is melted and coats sides of pans.
  3. Beat flour, lowfat milk, salt and Large eggs.
  4. Arrange half of apples sliced thinly in each pan; divide batter proportionately between pans.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle 2 Tbsp. sugar mix over batter in each pan.
  6. Bake till puffed and golden (about 20-25 min).
