Ingredients

  • 1 lb Russet or possibly baking potatoes
  • 2 whl Garlic cloves peeled
  • 1/4 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Green olivada - (to 2 tbspns) see * Note Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into large chunks. Boil the potatoes with garlic for 20 min or possibly till tender. Drain, return the potatoes to the saucepan and mash with a ricer or possibly masher with broth and Olivada to taste; season well to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. This recipe yields 2 servings.
