Ingredients
- 3 lrg baking potatoes peeled and cut into
- 6 x wedges
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter melted
- 1 head garlic peeled and crushed
- 1 x salt and freshly grnd pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees . Combine potatoes, lemon juice, butter, crushed garlic, and salt and pepper to taste in large bowl and toss to coat well.
- Spread potato mix proportionately in large baking pan. Bake potatoes till tender, about 45 min. Transfer potatoes to platter and serve.
