Garlic Ginger Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 c. Orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 2 tsp California Style Blend Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Boneless pork, cut in thin strips
  • 1/4 lb Snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 x Red pepper, minced
  • 3 x Green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. In a medium boiwl, combine cornstarch, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, and Garlic. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in pork and stir-fry 5 min or possibly till lightly browned. Add in vegetables; stir-fry 3-5 min, or possibly till crisp-tender.
  3. Pour orange juice mix over pork and vegetables. Cook till thickened.
  4. Serve over rice, if you like.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
