A simple and delicious Indo-Chinese rice with garlic and vegetables.

Ingredients:

Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.

2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 45 to 60 seconds.

3. Add the spring onions, carrots, capsicum and saute for 30 to 45 seconds.

4. Add the red chillies, chilli paste and salt.

5. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.

6. Add the rice, soy sauce and vinegar.

7. Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

8. Remove and serve hot.

Note: If desired, you can also add 1 egg at step 3.
