Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Pork loin
  • 4 x Clove garlic, roasted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 x Fresh habanero
  • 2 ounce Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  2. Trim pork of excess fat, mash garlic, mix with spices and oil, toss in steel bowl with the pork. Chill at least 1/2 hour before cooking.
  3. Remove pork from the marinade and place in warm pan. Sear outside of pork on all sides till brown. Finish cooking in the oven at 350 degrees for about 12 to14 min
