Garlic Chives (boiled chives with Soba soup)

I usually eat garlic chives with Miso vinegar sauce.
But this time I tried to combine with grated ginger and soba noodle sauce.

Ingredients

  • A bunch of Garlic chives
  • grated ginger 1/ 2 or 1 tsp (your choice)
  • Soba Noodle sauce (dilute) 2 - 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Boil the chives.
  2. Cut into 3 cm in length. Place into the bowl.
  3. The noodle soup, add water to become slightly thinner than regular noodle soup.
  4. Pour grated ginger and diluted noodle soup over the chives then mix quickly.
  5. Serve in small bowl.
