Finger-licking chicken with garlic. Done in 30 minutes.

  1. Heat oil in large heavy skillet and brown chicken well on all sides, adding garlic and peppers toward the end.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium high heat until chicken is done and sauce has reduced somewhat (around 10 minutes).
  3. Watch carefully so sauce does not burn or boil away. The chicken should appear slightly glazed.
  4. Serve with cooked bulghur or rice and green salad.
