Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, crushed garlic and herbs.
  2. Blanch the potato and keep aside.
  3. Pan sear the chicken then finish to cook in the oven.
  4. Roast the blanch carrot batons and the zucchin batons with a little butter.
  5. Roast the potato wedges in olive oil, butter, herbs,garlic and seasoning
  6. Serve chicken gravy on the side
