.%20Add%201/4%20cup%20of%20water%20into%20a%20large%20bowl%20and%20sprinkle%203/4%20tsp%20of%20yeast%20over%20it.%20Add%20in%20sugar%20and%20oil%20and%20give%20it%20a%20stir.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20in%20flour%20and%20salt.%20Add%20rest%20of%20water%20little%20by%20little%20and%20mix%20with%20a%20spoon%20first%20and%20then%20with%20your%20hands%20knead%20into%20a%20dough.%20Add%20oil%20and%20again%20knead%20on%20the%20counter%20top%20for%201%20minute.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETransfer%20the%20dough%20back%20to%20the%20bowl%20and%20drizzle%20some%20oil%20and%20coat%20the%20dough%20with%20oil.%20Keep%20in%20a%20warm%20place%20to%20proof%20(I%20like%20to%20keep%20in%20my%20oven)%20for%202%20hours.%20Once%20it%20is%20proofed,%20lightly%20press%20it%20down%20so%20that%20the%20air%20is%20released%20and%20then%20flatten%20it%20to%20a%20rectangle%20shape%20on%20a%20baking%20mat%20or%20parchment%20paper%20lined%20baking%20sheet%20or%20pizza%20pan.%20Preheat%20oven%20to%20180%20degree%20C.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMeanwhile;%20grate%206%20to%207%20cloves%20of%20garlic%20and%20mix%20it%20with%203%20tbsp%20of%20finely%20chopped%20coriander%20leaves.%20Melt%203%20tbsp%20of%20salted%20butter%20and%20mix%20the%20garlic%20and%20coriander%20leaves.%20Paint%20the%20top%20of%20the%20flattened%20dough%20with%20this%20mix%20(I%20lavishly%20brushed%20the%20melted%20butter%20mix).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFold%20the%20dough%20into%20half%20and%20press%20down%20the%20sides/seams%20so%20that%20the%20butter%20spread%20on%20the%20inside%20does%20not%20release%20out%20while%20baking.%20Again%20brush%20the%20melted%20butter%20mix%20lavishly%20on%20top.%20Lightly%20run%20a%20pizza%20cutter%20over%20it%20or%20you%20can%20lightly%20cut%20with%20a%20paring%20knife.%20Bake%20in%20preheated%20oven%20for%20about%2030-35%20mins%20or%20until%20the%20crust%20starts%20to%20brown%20lightly.%20Remove%20from%20oven%20and%20again%20brush%20the%20remaining%20melted%20butter%20mix%20on%20top.%20Serve%20warm.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOther%20Recipes%20You%20May%20Like:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPaneer%20Crezcents%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPizza%20Bread%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
