Ingredients

  • 1 c. Shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounce equals 1 c.)
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Minced radishes
  • 1/2 c. Green onion slices
  • 24 x Party rye crackers or possibly Pumpernickle rye slices

Directions

  1. Combine cheese, mayonnaise, radishes and onions lightly. Spread on bread and bake at 425 degrees for 10 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
