Ingredients

  • 2 c. torn iceberg lettuce
  • 2 c. torn Bibb lettuce
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1 x carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 c. mandarin oranges, liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted Zesty Salad Dressing ZESTY SALAD DRESSING
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 clv garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp dry whole basil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Refrigeratethoroughly.
  2. Yield: 1 1/2 c.
