Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. butter
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts

Directions

  1. Cream sugar, butter, Large eggs and cottage cheese.
  2. Add in vanilla and dry ingredients. Stir in minced nuts. Refrigeratedough 2 hrs.
  3. Roll dough into balls the size of a walnut. Dip in granulated sugar or possibly powdered sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min.
