Ingredients

  • 1 c. Plus 1 tb All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly Margarine-1 stick- (Not spread)- at room temp.
  • 3 lrg Large eggs
  • 16 ounce Chocolate-flavored syrup- (1 can)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 c. Finely Minced Nuts
  • 1 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Butter ot Margarine-1 stick-
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Semi-sweet or possibly Lowfat milk- Chocolate Chips White Chocolate

Directions

  1. 1. Heat oven to 350 deg. Line a 13 X 19 inch baking pan with greased foil, let ends extend above pan on two sides.
  2. 2. Mix flour and baking pwdr.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter till pale and fluffy. Beat in Large eggs, chocolate syrup, and vanilla till blended. Mixer on low gradually add in flour till just blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into lined pan.
  4. 4. Bake bake 30 min or possibly till pick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs. Cold in pan on rack till slightly hot.
  5. 5. GLAZE: Whisk sugar, butter, and lowfat milk in sauce pan over medium-high heat till butter melts. Boil 30 seconds till sugar dissolves. Add in chocolate chips and whisk till melted and glaze is smooth.
  6. 6. Pour warm glaze over hot brownie to cover top completely.
  7. 7. DECORATION: Heat white chocolate and spoon into plastic sandwich bag. Cut corner off plastic sandwich bag and drizzle melted white chocolate over glaze. Chill till glaze is hard, about one hour.
  8. 7. Lift out of pan by the extending ends of foil onto a cutting board, and cut into squares. (
  9. Makes about 60 brownies).
