Directions

  1. Slice and press the cookie dough into 1 large pizza pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 18-20 min. Let cold. Mix 2/3 tub of cold whip with 1/3 c. of powdered sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Spread over cooled crust. Starting with the outer edge and working your way inward, put the slices of kiwi, then sliced strawberries, 1 small can of mandarin oranges, 2 bananas (mixed in lemon juice to prevent browning), 2 sliced peaches (also in lemon juice) and fill the center with raspberries. Cut into 8 slices.
  2. Note: Any otherfruits may be substituted
  3. Great source of Vitamin C and a good source of fiber!
