Directions

  1. With electric mixer beat together cream cheese and whipping cream, on high, till light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low and add in sugar, lemon juice, orange and lemon zest. In each of 4 wine glasses, layer cream cheese mix, fruit, cream cheese mix and fruit. Repeat with other 3 glasses. Refrigeratein freezer. Top each with whipped cream, minced nuts and mint leaves to serve.
