"Fruit Loops" Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 young Thai coconut (milk and meat) + 1-2 cups filtered water
  • (or substitute 3-4 cups almond milk for above)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 6-8 kale leaves (or your favorite greens)
  • 1 Tablespoon spirulina powder
  • 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 Tablespoon green papaya powder
  • 3 drops Medicine Flower Vanilla Extract (or 1t liquid extract)
  • 2 drops Medicine Flower Orange Extract (or meat and juice of 1 whole orange - flavor will vary)
  • 2 cups ice cubes (optional)
