Frozen Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. REESE'S Peanut Butter (Creamy)
  • 3 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 1/2 c. Non-dairy whipped topping thawed
  • 1 x Graham cracker crumb crust

Directions

  1. 1. In small bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese and vanilla; beat till smooth. Gradually add in powdered sugar and lowfat milk, blending till smooth.
  2. 2. Mix in topping. Pour into crust. Freeze several hrs or possibly till hard. 6 to 8 servings.
