Frozen Lime Buttermint Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x (26 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 sm pkg. lime Jello
  • 1 x (10 ounce.) bag mini colored marshmallows
  • 1 x (7 ounce.) bag buttermints, crushed
  • 1 pt whip cream

Directions

  1. Put undrained pineapple in a large bowl and sprinkle with Jello. Stir.
  2. Mix in marshmallows. Cover and chill overnight. Next Day: Mix crushed buttermints, whipped cream (already whipped till stiff), to mix of pineapple and Jello. Mix well. Put in clear glass bowl. Freeze.
  3. Very colorful.
