%20Add%20the%20remaining%201/3%20of%20the%20chocolate%20and%20keep%20stirring%20until%20it%20is%20fully%20melted.%20This%20is%20to%20allow%20the%20chocolate%20to%20have%20a%20glossy%20texture%20and%20to%20set%20correctly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20bites%20from%20the%20freezer%20and%20dip%20them%20in%20melted%20chocolate.%20Working%20quickly,%20so%20bites%20don't%20begin%20thawing,%20dip%20one%20bite%20at%20a%20time%20in%20melted%20chocolate%20and%20roll%20it%20to%20cover%20all%20sides.%20Use%20one%20fork%20to%20remove%20bite%20from%20chocolate%20and%20a%20second%20fork%20to%20remove%20excess%20chocolate%20and%20arrange%20bite%20back%20on%20baking%20sheet.%20You%20may%20want%20to%20leave%20most%20of%20the%20bites%20in%20the%20freezer%20and%20work%20with%20a%20few%20at%20at%20time%20so%20they%20don't%20start%20getting%20mushy.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENote:%20I%20have%20not%20worked%20with%20chocolate%20much,%20so%20I%20had%20some%20issues%20with%20this.%20%20The%20frozen%20bites%20made%20my%20chocolate%20stiffen%20up%20so%20that%20I%20couldn't%20coat%20any%20more%20of%20them.%20%20I%20added%20about%20a%20T%20of%20coconut%20oil,%20stirring%20that%20into%20the%20chocolate,%20over%20low%20heat,%20until%20it%20was%20smooth%20and%20shiny%20again,%20and%20then%20I%20could%20coat%20the%20rest.%20%20Only%20use%20coconut%20oil%20as%20needed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20all%20the%20bites%20have%20been%20coated%20in%20chocolate,%20return%20them%20to%20the%20freezer%20and%20freeze%20for%20at%20least%203%20hours.%20%20Slide%20a%20butter%20knife%20under%20each%20of%20the%20bites%20to%20remove%20them%20from%20the%20baking%20sheet%20without%20losing%20any%20of%20the%20chocolate%20and%20store%20in%20a%20covered%20container%20in%20the%20freezer.%20%20Enjoy!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOh%20yum!%20%20I%20pretty%20much%20always%20have%20frozen%20bananas%20in%20the%20freezer.%20%20Yes,%20they're%20great%20for%20making%20a%20batch%20of%20banana%20muffins,%20but%20they're%20also%20the%20perfect%20snack%20on%20a%20hot%20day.%20%20Add%20some%20peanut%20butter%20and%20chocolate,%20and%20it's%20even%20better!%20%20The%20hardest%20thing%20is%20going%20to%20be%20not%20eating%20all%20these%20at%20once.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
