Ingredients
- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions
- Put together in saucepan sugars and water. Cook till forms ball in water. Beat one egg white with cream of tartar till it forms peaks. Add in the syrup into the beaten egg while pouring in a slow stream. Put on the top and sides of cake.
