Fried Spaghetti (Leftover) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 handf of leftover (boiled) spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 x - 2 Large eggs (optional) parmesan tomato ketchup dry roasted onion

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add in the spaghetti. Fry on low/medium heat till golden. Fry the Large eggs in the meantime in another pan. Add in ketchup to the spaghetti and remove from heat. Put the spaghetti on a plate, sprinkle with parmesan and dry fried onion and top it with the fried egg.
  2. Serves , just multiply as needed. Cooks note: when frying the spaghetti, they react similar to veggies. They loose volume the longer you fry them.
