Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (check label for gluten-free)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pound pork (tenderloin, shoulder, or boneless ribs), cut into bite sized pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 cup roasted unsalted cashews - half coarsely chopped, half whole
  • 1/4 cup fresh whole cilantro leaves
