Directions

  1. Mix sugar, cornstarch and nutmeg in pan. Gradually stir in lowfat milk. Heat to boiling over medium heat. Stir constantly, boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and peel. Spread in ungreased 8 x 8 inch dish. Chill uncovered at least 3 hrs.Cut into 2 inch squares. Dip squares into large eggs. Coat with crumbs. Fry till light brown. Drain then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
